BOOKING
DEPOSITS
There is 40% of the service amount which is non-refundable deposit is required for booking service. Remaining balance is due during initial service.
TARDINESS
Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 15min. of appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
HAIR CONDITION
Arrive with clean, dry hair unless instructed otherwise by your stylist.
GUESTS
Due to limited seating for salon, there are no additional seating available. Please make sure you are alone.
REFUNDS
Refunds for missed appointments will not be provided. The no-show fee is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Service should be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Fail to do so, client will be charged 100% of service fee. Client would need to cover the cancellation fee before booking next service.
